Courtney and Zach had such a beautiful wedding in January at St. Benedict Church in Richmond, Va.  Their reception followed at the Pauley Center across the street.  I loved learning about this sweet couple - they way that their affection for one another is so tied to their affection for God and the Church.  Courtney and Zach, many blessings to you both!

Micah and Gilbert's wedding is one that I know I'll be talking about for a long time!  In addition to being just a beautiful wedding with two people who LOVE the Lord and wanted to use their entire wedding day to honor Him, theirs was also a wedding of high weather-provided entertainment. On the way to photography their wedding, it absolutely poured!  Things cleared up for portraits, for about 20 minutes, during which time we got all pre-ceremony portraits done.  Then, it poured until the ceremony, was beautiful for portraits, and poured over the tent as soon as the reception started.  The whole day was such a testimony to the way that Gilbert and Micah had prioritized their day - whether rain or shine, you can see the smiles on their faces, the joy in their family celebration, and the beauty of the committment they were making to each other.  I'm so blessed to have been able to photograph their wedding!

So, you'll probably be able to tell by the quanity of photos, but I SO loved photgraphing and participating in Katie and Brent's wedding!  Their love for Jesus, their families, and each other was so evident throughout the whole day that you couldn't help but get caught up in the overflow of joy.  Katie and Brent, I wish you all the very best in your new life together!

And we're back with part 2 of Kerri and Brandon's wedding - all of the shots from the reception location, the lovely Salisbury Country Club.  Because of some unexpected snow, we didn't get to do shots outsite at the country club, but we improvised with some awesome shots in the parlor.  One of my favorite parts of the reception was Kerri's prop table for the dance floor - SO much fun seeing people get creative and really get into playing dress-up :)  Enjoy!

When I did Kerri and Brandon's engagement session, I knew their wedding would be TONS of fun.  Aside from the fact that they are family (Kerri is my sister-in-law's sister), this couple is FABULOUS in front of a camera :)  Today, I'm sharing images from the church.  Tomorrow I'll share some images from the reception location.  Enjoy!
